How It Works
Hold your date first — no payment on this site. We handle the set up and clean up once you are confirmed.
Step 1
Choose a picnic package based on your party size, then add extras like umbrellas, a charcuterie board, or a cabana tent.
Step 2
Submit your preferred date, location, and event details to place a soft hold. You will hear from us within 24 hours. Payment is not collected on this site.
Step 3
Once your date is available, we'll send an invoice. A $100-$400 non-refundable deposit confirms your booking, depending on the package.
Step 4
We take care of the full set up and clean up. You just arrive and enjoy your picnic! Remaining balance is due the day of your event.
